Q. Is my credit card secure?

Yes! This site currently offers two ways to purchase: PayPal, or credit card via InternetSecure.com. Both options employ industry leading security measures so your credit card information remains secure at all times.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. I don’t have a return policy – I have a satisfaction guarantee, which is far better! If you don’t like it, you get your money back AND you keep the lesson. On top of that, you have 60 days to make your decision.

Q. Do you accept orders by mail?

A. Yes, we accept orders by mail. Check, money order, and VISA / Mastercard are all valid mail-order payment methods. Please download this form for more details.

Q. Do you accept American Express or Discover?

A. Yes. You can use these cards through our normal credit card order method, or via the PayPal option.

Q. How soon will I receive my CD/DVD order?

A. That depends on the shipping option you select at checkout; however typically DVDs are shipped out within 1-3 business days of the order, and if delivered via USPS, will take about 5-7 days in transit. So you should see the package within 7-10 days of order. Sometimes it can take up to an extra week for International orders.

Q. Do you accept international orders?

A. Yes! Just put your complete shipping information into the form, and it will automatically compute your shipping costs direct to wherever you are in the world. Shipping times may vary.

Q. Can I order just the CDs and not the download?

A. No, the download is included in all package options. However, if you do not wish to use the download area, that is okay as the physical package will contain what you need (There are 2 CDs containing all the jam tracks, as well as a bonus DVD with a 47 minute guitar lesson on it). The benefit of the download area is that it gives you access to future product updates which will happen from time to time, as well as immediate access if you wish to get started right away.

Q. Will this work on a Mac?

A. Yes, in fact the entire package was created on a Mac. The jam tracks are in MP3 format (also available on CD). The video files are .MP4 and can play equally well in all operating systems.

Download Related Questions

Q. When I click on the download links in the member’s area, it takes forever to load the video. What gives?

A. If you click the download links directly, your internet browser will attempt to load the video inside of the browser. To prevent this, right click on the link, and select “Save Target As” or “Save File As” and save the file to a location on your computer where you’ll remember where you put it. I recommend creating a folder specific to this lesson, and downloading all the material into that one folder in order to find it easily later on.

Q. When I start the download, it tells me it will take several hours. Is this normal?

A. Just like in high school math, the distance you can travel is dependent on how fast you’re going. If you have a fast internet connection, you should be able to download all of the material in an hour or two. However, if your internet connection is slower, it may take several hours to complete the download. I recommend using some form of download manager software that will allow you to resume your download in case it is interrupted.

Q. How big are the download files?

A. The jam tracks and bonus content together are about 600MB.

Q. I’ve downloaded the files, but now I can’t find them on my computer! Help!

You can check your Downloads folder, and if the files are not there, I recommend going back as if you were going to re-download the files, but this time when your internet browser asks you where to save the files, take note of the location, and go look there on your computer.

Q. I’ve download the files, but they won’t play on my computer!

Try downloading VLC Media Player to view the videos. (The software is free and open-source).

Q. Can I download the lesson material on more than one computer?

Yes, your login details allow you unrestricted access to the member’s area, so you can download the lesson as many times as you require. Some people like to have the lesson on both their home computer as well as their work computer, and this works just fine with this system.
